this is gonna be long.. please read I need help..

so i met this girl in a group on facebook.. we used to chat in the group chat..we became friends, good friends, really good friends, n then the best of friends.. she usually told me to come online at some time and i did the same..when i failed to do so she left a message in the group saying that i break promises.. she literally scolded me.. then 1 day she sent me a friend request n i accepted it.. we started sharing everything about our lives.. i knew something was going on.. but m a shy guy.. i never had the courage to say it.. then one day she said that she liked me and asked for my number.. well, i tried my best to change the topic but had to accept that i also had the same feelings.. i gave her my number.. well.. that was the best part of my life.. i had everything.. every happiness.. she called me daily 2-3 times, for at least 1 hr.. we texted the whole day.. then suddenly one day she said she did not like me anymore and wanted to be just friends.. that was 3 months earlier..
we were still the best of friends..but she never called me, n texted me only once or twice a day, with a few replies.. but from the last month she has started behaving in a very weird way.. she calls me daily, scolds me if m not able to answer her call, and texts me all the time.. she understands me the most.. she recently told me that she has a crush on someone and i got those butterflies in my stomach.. as if that crush is me only.. well.. i asked who was that guy.. she has only 2 male friends.. rest r all girls..literally.. i know her more than anyone else.. 1 is me, n one other guy.. hez my best friend.. she hates him..says that he irritates her like hell.. and says that why can't he be like me.. anyways.. so i asked was this guy her crush.. she said that I'm the biggest idiot she has ever met.. :|
she said she has only 2 friends who are guys and still i can't guess.. i never took my name.. i know its most probably me but still.. then she said leave it.. she's always curious to know whether i have a gf or not.. n if m unable to reply her phone calls..she says "who the hell were you talking to when I WAS CALLING?!".. like .. seriously.. she goes mad at me when i don't answer her.. She cares for me like anything..she always finds ways to keep me happy.. even if i don't want to be (in the worst of my times)..
she calls me only.. once she wanted to call her brother n i told her to call him n then she suddenly changed the topic..
I? I like her more than anyone.. I love her.. n once she did not reply to my 'bye' so i texted 'at least reply '.. so she replied 'u were waiting for MY bye? '
once she was telling something about her facebook profile n i said yea i have seen that.. n she was shocked n said "u opened my profile? seriously?".. she seemed very happy when i said yep i opened..
n I am the first person to know that she has uploaded a new profile pic - she always asks me how is she looking in the pic.. i m the first one she asks about the pic.. other she doesn't even ask.. but me.. always..!

The question is, should I confess my feelings to her? She likes me or not? I am 90% sure that she loves me.. but that 10% is the most frightening part for me. I don't want to mess up everything. Please guys help me..
