It is very easy actually.

Not only can you put picture links on Twitter, but you can also add videos, audios and even full length articles to Twitter. There are several resources available to accomplish this, my 3rd party application of choice is TwitWall.

Just take an url from browser address bar and paste it in tweet field , have fun .
