How do you get the little cartoon pictures of friends you can tag on facebook?

So all my friends have this sheet of little cartoon pictures and they tag people on facebook like "the athletic one" or "the smart one". can anybody help me find it on facebook so i can tag my friends. Thanks soooooo much!

You could just save their picture and upload it into one of your own photo albums.
