How do you make a fan page on Facebook?

I need to make a fan page for the Class of 2012 for my school on facebook. Anyone know how to do that?

On the login page, bellow the place where you sign up it says 'create a page for actor, business etc...click on that and just go from there.
Or if you go to a page what you are a fan of, at the bottom left of the page it will say 'create a page'
