What should I do now?

What should I do now?
Alright.. So there is this girl that I met what's coming up on two years now. We initially spoke online as recommended through a mutual friend, and had met up shortly after talking. I thought the first date went great, and to be honest I've never felt so comfortable around a girl.. we had almost everything in common, down to all my weird interests and all the stuff people imagine in their soulmates. After that I texted her some, and though she wasn't very good at timely responses we still hung out a few more times, but since she sucks at texting we eventually had a falling out.

I feel like my problem was I came on too strongly, and made my comfort around her a little too visible... so after giving up, when I would see her (which wasn't often) I'd make some small talk or wave, but never anything much. Sometimes I'd text her and get no response or just one, but her friends said she usually does that to them too.. From then until today, she still crossed my mind almost daily. Not long ago we had a small twitter conversation and I've been thinking of the best way to see if there is any flame that could be rekindled.

What do you think would be best... strolling into where she works? messaging her to just meet somewhere? idk.
