How do you get your Fan Check Picture onto your facebook?

Im trying to get my list of friends on fan check onto my computer and then upload it as a picture and tag them, but i dont know how to do it. Does anyone know how to do it?

My advice is to not bother with this app or "All My Friends". There has been a big problem with both of these apps and I myself have reported the app. Some say it is a virus, but whether or not it is, just the nature of the program and what it does will slow one page to a crawl.
Now think of the hundreds of thousands of profiles running this app at once, it could literally knock Facebook down for awhile.
