How do I get more followers on twitter?

You see I have 24 followers and I want more I want to hit 100 but I don't know how and it would be nice to have more, if you want to follow to help me my name is @ssamjjoness

This is a classic question. Try correcting your spelling and grammar in your bio (capital letters and stuff) so the account looks more professional. People either follow people they know (personally) or like (celebrities or news accounts). Try getting a more professional looking background (best ones here - http://www.colourlovers.com/themeleon/twitter).
Also don't put up low quality profile pics because spammers use these. Try getting an animated avatar of yourself (good website here - http://www.planetcreation.co.uk/createpic/ I use it).
