Is it wrong to keep our relationship a secret? advice?

My boyfriend and I just started dating. Well we both agreed to not make it really public yet because honestly a lot of people know us and that was what broke up both of our last relationships. Along with that we both came out of relationships the past few months and dont want it to seem we are just going from one to the next when its honestly not like that.

So we decided to keep it between us. Don't get me wrong if people ask we will say yes just not going to put pictures on Facebook and all over each other everywhere blah blah blah.

Is this a bad idea?Opinions please (Yes we will start eventually just not right now)

If you care about each other, you can't let other people's views dictate your feelings.

If my girlfriend wanted to keep our relationship under wraps based on the amount of failures we've had I'd call her crazy. I WANT to flaunt the goodness I've found. And thank the heavens above that she does too. That's part of a relationship.

History does not repeat itself. Sometimes people repeat histories. But why? Why do that when you know what you can do differently based on experience. You should just be happy. DO NOT care about what others think. Seriously. You're not in love with them are you? Or you're not in a relationship with them, right? So treat your relationship apart from everyone else. And let it be free. Don't cage it in. I believe that's unhealthy. Not that you're doing anything wrong, you're just being cautious. But throw caution to the wind. It's just like trusting someone if you're jealous. You just gotta' do it. That's life. And especially love!
