No not really. You can just see what other people say about it and talk about things on the discussion board. Other than that nothing really happens.

no it dosent do any thing but it allows you to do things like write a commont on this page it it is practilly like becomeing friends with someone on facebook in other words

When you become a fan of something, then anything that it posts will show up in your live feed. You will be able to see their posts on your home page.
