How does one create a "Become a fan" option on Facebook?

I've searched the Facebook site, but haven't found the answer. I know I'll get an answer here. Thanks.
I have received the answer to my question, but have another. Where is the choose best answer option and where is the close question option? I cannot rate an answer to my own question? Isn't that kind of weird?

facebook dot com /pages

there should be a "Create a page" button on the right shoulder. Click it and go from there =)

First, you need to go to your profile.. and then, you click `create an advert` thingy (under the `home,profile and account` button).. after that, you read all the briefing...

an then Finish!!!!
