How do you make a website like facebook?

My friend and I want to make a website like facebook for just our grade but we want to know how. PLEASE HELP

You need to have knowledge of programming in C#, C+, Javascript, and HTML. You could always try this free website builder sites, but if they see too much of similarity between it and facebook, I'm positive they'll take it down.
