How do I allow people to see my posts on a Facebook fan page?

I found out that when I post on a Facebook fan page's wall, other people and even the owner of the fan page can't see my posts. What settings do I need to tweak?

In the status bar where it says "only friends" change it to "public" which looks like a little globe then post . Every post has one before you post something

Well,

Go to your account settings, see there are three options, public, friends and custom, change this settings according the save the settings. Then your post will be accessible.
