Twitter told me I that I am over my daily limit for sending tweets what does that mean?
I was sending Tweets to Justin Bieber that said "@justinbieber if you follow me i will give you a pizza" I sent it 125 times an it wont let me send anymore it said I have to wait a couple hours an try again but i want him to follow me nowwwww what do I do?
