i dont know whats happening but internet explorer is working fine, but i hate it because its soo slow :L please someone help me asap!!! )):

It may be corrupt or incompatible with your computer.. i would advise reinstalling it, if that doesn't work the download source may be corrupt, so look for another place to download it from.
