Does this guy like me? (please read)?

Right, this is going to sound so cliche, but i need to know.
There is a guy at my school who is in a year above me. Yes i do talk to him, i'm not so stupid as to think he likes me but still doesn't know i exist.
Basically, i can speak to him for hours over facebook over random stuff that non of us really care about. We have and instant connection.
But recently at school i have noticed him looking at me, and staring over at me quite often.
The first time i noticed it, i was in a lesson and he was aimlessly walking around the courtyard, and he suddenly turned around and stared at me for about 10 second until i noticeably looked back at him, and then he stopped.
Then later on i was walking into the hall and we made eye contact for about 5 seconds until i looked away.
And in the hall, i sat with my back to him. I was chatting with a few mates when one of them nudges me and says 'I've been looking at him for a while now, he keeps on glancing over at you'
And as the weeks have gone by i have been told that he keeps glancing at me if we are ever in the same room together, and if he ever walks past me in the hall he looks back at me.
I have noticed some of these myself but others, my CLOSEST friend told me. And she knows how much i love this guy so she would never make it up.
Yes i did say love.
I am in love with this guy.

I'm sure he's thinking about you all the time. I'm sure he loves your "pointless" conversations online. I'm sure he's beginning to like you.

Talk to him. Become friends with him. Then you'll have more of a shot with him. Plus you'll have more of an opportunity to closely interact with and observe him so you'll have more of a chance to figure out for yourself if he likes you as well, or if he likes you he might even tell you that he likes you if you're friends with him and spend a lot of time with him.
