Friend mix-up. Opinions?
I am a girl currently on 10th grade and I need your opinion on what should i do about this:

Last year I was a loner and i didnt have many friends. I sat on the same desk with this girl with which we are in the same grade and in the same class at all subjects, but with which i only sat together with in foreign language class.We had good talks throughout the year and we considered each other friends, while we never really hang out. (more like close acquaintances). And before easter our teacher assigned us with a project, which later during easter she talked to me first and asked me to do together through facebook. I misread the message, got confused and understood something else and I ignored her for some time because of that. Then school year was over and I found out my misunderstanding by accident, and texted her, since we werent that close friends in order to meet and talk about it. She texted me back saying "It's okay, school is over now so don't be worried. :-)".
Now i am in another school, but not ridiculously far away from hers, and I want to be friends with her and i miss her :/ She is never online on facebook and i am too scared to text her as she might think im weird... Ideas?

I don't think texting her would be weird if your just asking her what's up and just trying to catch up with what's new with her. And when you guys have time, you guys can just meet up to hang out ( if its not too far ). If she ignores you or tells you that she doesn't want to talk to you then she doesn't deserve to be your friend. Don't be too scared of rejection. You never know unless you try (;
