Incredibly complecated and requires several people or even an entire company. Not for one person alone.

you need to pay a 12 dollar fee every month to host a website on the internet. buy it on yahoo and there you can create your site and you need to know a lot html and css! coding!! its very hard but a lot of the websites are helpful and they help you. but othere than that creating a site just like myspace is a lot of work. u need links myspace has like over a 1000 pages lik when u send someone a message thats a page. the home page is a page. finding friends is a pgae.

it would cost a lot to set up...u need servers, moderators, protection and monitoring.....running costs and time to keep it running would be hard and if it never took off it would be time and money wasted...if money and time isnt an issue then go for it...i'll look forward to an invite to join
good luck...hope it goes well
