Y do i feel old n lazy?

I'm 20 years old n I feel old I never feel like doing anything I see people on my Facebook going to school work n the gym n all I want to do is relax like I'm exhausted and unmotivated and I don't do anything. Please help me get out of this slum

Well Darling, let us get this very clear. How have you been eating? Eat better and your attitude and energy levels will go up up up! Also, no one will MAKE you come with them. The motivation you find will be your OWN responsibility. It may feel wonderful to sit around and do nothing, but many a times you are hurting your future and how attractive you are to others.
