people usually put that at the end of their tweet. thanks for u help its been buggin me forever

it's a "code" that you can add to your tweets to update your facebook status simultaneously. You can activate it with this link:

means code... they put it at the end of every tweet because they want fb(facebook) to get on the trending topics =))
