Seeking a reliable and affordable mobile website or app builder or designer with templates?

I am looking for a complete and easy to use online mobile web site and app builder. I am not looking for optimized or converted mobile web site but more a true mobile site that works on all mobile phones and devices. Also, I like to have the capabilities of customizing the icons, pages, colors, styles, etc. Social media, pictures, videos, and an eCommerce or shopping-cart would be perfect.

I went through the same thing looking for a professional, affordable and above all a good user experience mobile site but most of the platforms i have tried was missing one thing or another. About 8 months ago I came across this website: http://www.anytimemobility.com/ and it couldn't believe it - it was very easy to use - just less than 2 minutes I had build a real mobile site (app). I think it's the most complete mobile web site on the internet and it has countless features you can think of.

List of features: Click-to-call, eCommerce, shopping cart, social media, custom pages, full analytics, QR marketing, SEO, maps, buy, order, appointment bookings, and the list goes on....

I Love it... check out their website Google: Anytime Mobility and it gives you lists of many different mobile websites options for many professions and industries. Hope that helps as it made my job so much easier.
