How to hide tagged photos from certain people on Facebook?

Since Facebook changed everything, there doesn't seem to be a easy way to hide tagged photos of yourself from certain people on Facebook. No I don't want to untag myself from the photo, that means no one will see it and it wont be in my album. I simply want to hide that feature from certain Facebook users (like people from work). You used to be able to do this easily, but I cant see how any more. Anyone got any ideas?
