Does he like me? opinions please!?

I've begun a new year at college so there's new people in the year below me, theres this one guy who has caught my eye which I really like, when I first met him he was hanging out with my friend and I had to go and later that day I got a text from my mate saying 'what do you think of my friend? Is it ok if I give him your number' so I let him but the guy never text me because he had broken his phone.
Sometime in october I went to a party and he was there and we ended up making out but that was it and in the morning he gave me an awkward hug and didn't talk to me, so that was annoying.
Last week I went to a party and he was there and we were getting along really really well and ended up making out, in the morning it wasn't awkward at all, he was still being really flirty and we were tickling each other and having a good time, and we walked to the train station hugged each other goodbye and it was just really nice.
He's been talking to me on facebook most days, and when we see each other at college we hug and have really good conversations, and we've made plans next week to go to the pub and hang out.
I dunno whether he likes me or whether it's just me, he's never had a girlfriend before either.

Well, it seems like you really love him! But don't convince your self that he loves you , because you may realize at the end that he doesn't and you'd pain alot for that! First of all, check if he is dating another girl or in love with another one. I f he does then forget about him completely and stop going out with him. If he doesn't, don't be easy for him. Try not to talk to him every time he sees you(that'd make him jealous) and observe his reaction. That would tell you if he loves you or not! Tell him that you can't go to the pub. see his reaction and then go with him! you may also ask his friends to tell you if he likes you or not! Hope that was helpful!

Based on the information you've provided I reckon he's just shy or doesnt know how to progress to the next step of the relationship you share. Its clear that he likes you, from the hugging and kisses, also the walks and talks you have together is a sign he likes your company and is choosing to spend time with you. Its just a matter of How Much he likes you?
Maybe you should speak to him, tell him how you honestly feel. Confidence is key and if you truly want something you have to express your emotions and show it. Ask him if he likes you, sometimes thats all it takes and alot can happen from there.
Lust or love at least you'll know where you stand if you understand how eachother feels.

does sound like he's in to you quite a bit but also sounds like he's being realy friendly. so keep a positive mind and an open mind and also try flirting but not too much just in case. hope his helps
