Kindle Paperwhite 3G or Nook?
I am looking to buy an eReader for my wife for Christmas. I have read so many different reviews on these. She truly will use this only for reading. I read reviews that it's hard to see while being outside. She loves to read whether were home, at a doctor's office, or even at the beach. I want a good reader so she will have no problems when trying to read. Which one would you guys prefer and also is it easy to read even in the sun if there is a glare? I see many different kind of kindles but the one that caught my attention is either the Kindle Paperwhite 3G or the Kindle Paperwhite. Also, are you able to access Facebook from these? Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the answers guys... How is the Kindle in the sun. Like say if your reading it at the beach. I know when I use my iPhone in the sun, it gets hard to read so I have to adjust the brightness and make it brighter so it's easier to see what i'm doing.

I suggest the Kindle Paperwhite. Nook claims to have a "anti-glare screen" but last time I used it I doubted it. Kindle on the other hand uses e-ink which doesn't strain the eyes as much as the Nook does.

Paperwhite 3g seems like the best option. Both devices use eInk screen which is easily readable outside even under direct sunlight.

The facebook and twitter are integrated. Definitely not your first priority but still very useful.

The only difference between 3g and wifi only is that in 3g plus wifi version you can download books or check emails almost anywhere while on Kindle wifi only you can use it while you are near some wifi hotspot.

Paperwhite seems to be the one offering more for the price. I.e it has:
- Better contrast for dark text
- More amount of font options
- Surpass resolution
- Free cloud storage
- Prime membership
- Built-in Light

While Nook has pros like:
- Free in-store wifi and downloads
- microSd slot
- ePub support

Make sure you order now if you want it before Xmas. Due to popular demand if you order now you would be able to get it by 21st December (It was 17th December few days ago)

Both are offering the same e-reader, but the prime difference lies in the technology used to illuminate the screen. Kindle Paperwhite and Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight, both seems to cost $119, so it’s hard to choose one. As and since, both brands are battling on the verge of e-reader supremacy for generations, we have come up with this comparison so that you can make wise decision while getting one closer to your eyes.

Kindle Paperwhite 3G. Paperwhite has turned out to be the best eReader so far.
