How can I make my facebook look cool for free?
Some might not get this question, but can I make my Facebook like different from the rest? like with a wallpaper behind it, or something to make it spark, Any thoughts?

You can't. Plain and simple. Facebook is a more "professional" environment than myspace and other social sites.

You can't. Though there are a few addons for Firefox you can use to manipulate the html codes.
