Which countries are the biggest consumers of digital cameras? What about most per capita?

I cannot find any statistics online, so does anybody here know which countries spend the most and buy the most of digital cameras? What about the countries that spend the most on digital cameras per capita?

Is it possibly Japan and Scandinavian countries? All the Scandinavians on Facebook and other social networking sites always take photos with very good cameras, so it seems like they do like to spend money on decent digital cameras.
@fhotoace - But what about per capita? The US population is over 15X that of Scandinavia so it's a given that more people will be buying cameras there.

Just because users of digital cameras know how to take excellent photos, does NOT mean they have the best cameras, just that they have better skills using them
