how do you make a complaint to twitter by email if you can't log in your account?
I have been unable to log in to twitter so unable to file a complaint or a request from them to help with the matter. I have reset passwords about 5 times now and nothing is accepted. Does anyone know an email address I can contact them at please? I am really brassed off with them.

Call Them and if you cannot do that then you're out of luck. Hope this helps. :}
