Girl flirts with me but has a boyfriend?

So this girl I met on Facebook about a month ago is always flirting with me, which is great, because I sort of like her too, but the thing is she has a boyfriend who lives across the country who she has trouble communicating with so she tells me. She says she wants to stay together with him, but I just don't think it will work out. Is it okay for me to be flirty with her if it seems like she could potentially leave him for me, especially since they've never even met each other? :/
