How to talk to him without sounding like a creep?

Ok, so I met this guy at a conference we talked all night, flirted ,played fottise, started into each other's eyes etc but that's about it.. We've talked on facebook like 3 times via message,but this was like 2 months ago . We both live in different countries and I only get to see him like twice a year for a weekend ,maybe more depends.. Emm I really want to talk to him but don't want to sound like a creep ? What to do?
