I only have a profile pic album, there are several old pictures of me in there. I need a new profile picture. I wanna take one, but I dont want to be one of those highschool girls with hundreds of pictures of herself

How can I take a picture of myself to put on facebook, but not seem like im vain?? Wjhat should be in the back ground??
