Hacking question (finish reading)?

So, my asshole friend got on my facebook when I went to the bathroom and changed the password, then logged off. The problem, though, is that my email acccount was created just to create this facebook as my one from 3 years ago was terminated, and I have long since forgotten it. Since my computer must have record of it, is there a way to javascript my way into it or something? Since my computer has record and all? This is a big one. 10 stars to whoever answers it (i'll ask a meaningless question and alert the user and then pick their best answer)

Information like that is not stored on a computer. Your email addy and password is stored on the websites server, which ever site you log into. It's up to you to keep a record of these things as in write it down somewhere
