I've been seeing a couple people do this on Twitter & i want to know what it means..

Ex.

/room

& then sometimes is has a name after it.Like...

/room kelsey

what does it mean?

I have been using Twitter for 3 years now, and I have never seen that in my life. Maybe it's like a secret language or something? Anyways, I tried googling it too and got nothing. Try just asking the person.
