how do I offer freebies for my facebook fans?

I recently started a photography business page. I would like to know if someone could walk me through the process of offering freebies to fans and those that "like" the page. The freebies would be a download of photoshop actions I have created. Thank you so much.

There is a plugin for pages called "Static HTML: iframe tabs". To add this to your page all you have to do is to search "Static HTML: iframe tabs" without quotes and then add it to the page of your choice. Using this you will be able to use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a welcome page for your fans. One of the boxes is used for fans which will be hidden and one box for non-fans. People who aren't fans will see the non-fan welcome page, whereas the fans will see the edited welcome page with the offer on.
