Do I need a signed release to post people's photos on a Facebook fan page?
I work for a non-profit, and we currently have a Facebook fan page where we post info, news and pictures about our company. From time to time we have events where I take pictures of the attendees...some employees but mostly the public. Some of the pictures are of people or small groups of people and some are of the entire crowd. Since these pictures are being used on a corporate FanPage would I need everyone to sign release forms in order to publish the pictures on Facebook?

No, I would assume not.

But you could browse through facebook's help section to make sure.
