How do you make a fan page on facebook?

I got this really great idea for a fan page, but I don't even know how to start one? How do you start one?

Go to any current fan page, and scroll down to the bottom left corner. It should say, "Create a Fan Page" near where it says, "Report Page".

on the top of the page when you are logged into fbook, type into the seach box, "how to make a fan page" the first item that comes up is the one you want. become and fan and then down at the bottom of the page there is a link that says "make a fan page" click that then make it!
