How did someone hack my Facebook account?

How did someone hack my Facebook account?
Someone posted a status from a Blackberry and changed my middle name. I changed my password with haste, and enabled cell phone confirmation for any login from unauthorized devices.

I never log in to any computer other than my own.
I use secure browsing (HTTPS).
I have WPA2 WiFi encryption, plus I live far away from most people I know.
I have obviously never told anyone any of my passwords for anything.
I never bring my laptop out of my house.

Someone please tell me how this is possible. Is there some kind of new password cracking software? I will only accept 'Someone got lucky' as the LAST possibility, so please list all other possibilities.

Thanks.

Most people's passwords are easy to guess. Few use random combinations like !r4_GuFR3
Friends and family are likely to have access to your password since they can watch you put it in.

There are a few possibilities:

* Someone guessed your password- a lot of people are surprisingly predictable, and use names of pets, friends, and the like. The best way to generate a password is to open up a dictionary, pick a random word, and put a few numbers on the end.

* It's not impossible for secure wifi to be broken, or for https to be cracked. I'd say that's fairly unlikely, though, as they'd need to know what they were doing and have a major grudge against you for them to attempt that.

* It's also not impossible that your computer is infected with spyware or the like. Again, it's fairly unlikely that someone would go that far just to change your facebook status.

* Finally, maybe you made a temporary mistake somewhere- are you absolutely sure you have never, ever, at all, logged in anywhere else?

Your accounts and passwords are very easy to be stolen by a software named keyloggers!

As keyloggers are more hidden, more general in technique and deep in the operating system , anti-spyware and anti-virus can not detect and kill them effectively which have installed in your computer.

You may use KeyDefender to anti keyloggers!

I have used the software ,and it has always worked very well!

The following is a brief of KeyDefender:
KeyDefender is a next generation of anti keylogger software that encrypts user keystrokes at the keyboard driver level, and transmits encryption information to the destination app in the private tunnel, deep in the operating system. At the same time, it is also kept to release virtual keystrokes to interference. So no keyloggers can steal your passwords or other crucial information.

The following is some test video of facebook, email, twitter protected by KeyDefender:

" Is there some kind of new password cracking software?"
Don't know about the "new" part but yes there are hacking tools to almost any kind of account
See pic for the one I know about, (Pic only)

To avoid this creating a strong password, at least a 12 character (@numbers/letters/symbols) or longer is better.
You might wonder how that tool can not be shut down. It is hosted on a site in Russia, so not much can be done about it.
Please be safe out there !!
