A couple questions about my crush?

Me and the guy I like used to talk a lot and it was really obvious he liked me, with all the flirting and everything. But then things slowed up and we were barely talking anymore. I feel like it was because we go to different school's and barely see eachother. So I just decided to back off and take it a day at a time.

2 weeks ago he made a twitter and followed me. Then he favorited 2 pictures I posted of myself. But we still hadn't talked. So I tweeted him on Monday and asked how he was doing and stuff. He was sad about something so I told him if he needed someone to talk to he could text me. He said "thanks " but he never did. But then Wednesday he snapchatted me (iphone app where you send pictures back and forth). We were snapchatting for a couple hours.. just sending weird faces back and forth. Then he randomly told me I looked pretty. Even though my hair was a curly mess (usually straight) and I had no makeup on. Thursday during school he snapchatted me again. But he never sent one back after I sent mine. He probably got distracted or something. Today I wished him good luck at his soccer game and he thanked me.

2 questions.
Do you think he likes me?
Should I wait for him to make the next move? I know we should hang out in person. I'm gonna work on that. But as of right now I don't know what to do.

i'd say he definitely likes you and that there is no harm in making the moves. Girls can make the moves too but make sure you dont move too fast. if you like him then subtly hint that you like him or try to find out who he likes for now just keep talking to him and doing what you're doing and maybe suggest to hangout sometime. good luck!
