How do you see a list of people who liked a facebook fan page?

I suspect a company might be a scam but they have over 18,000 facebook fans on their page. I dont understand how they can have so many fans.

How do I see a list of all 18,000 people who liked this page? I want to see if they are real or bots.

there's no way to see the people who liked the page

but if you were to google "how to buy facebook fans" you will find many sites that offer that service to make a fan page appear more popular than it really is

You can only see the list if you're one of the admins of that fan page. But if you're not, you can't able to see them.
