What do you think of this guy?

There is a guy who my friend is "seeing" or "hooking up with"
-He is very intelligent, can have conversations with almost anyone
-Seems sincere when he talks to you
-Refuses to add her on facebook
-Calls her a "friend" when they are kind of seeing each other (sleeping together, going out, etc)
-Will sometimes not answer texts messages right away (like all day)
-Will (as she has told me) usually answer phone calls
-Has said "what you're doing, I'm doing" with regards to seeing other people
-He doesn't use the word "dating" to describe them
-He's very smooth and good looking
-Subtly hits on other girls (i think) in her presence

In his defense,he never promised anything (clearly, she should have realized that when he wouldn't add her on facebook if she was concerned with commitment)
