How do I change a Facebook Group page to a fan page?

I created a Group page, but want to allow people to become a fan. How do I change it or add that option??
If I can't actually change the page, HOW do I create a FAN page?

You can't do that as far as I know. You would have to create a separate page.

You can't swap them over. You'd simply have to make a fan page and delete the group, or keep them both going at the same time. To make a fan page, click 'Ads and pages' on the left hand side, then 'create page'. Or, go on an existing fan page, scroll down and it will say 'create a page' or something of the sort Hope I helped!
