How to put the facebook follow me and status on my website?

Im creating my website and ive seen some websites that have the facebook like and status on it, how would i add this to my website

There is no follow button for facebook but for twitter, however you can use the following plugin (Like Box) to :

* See how many users already like this Page, and which of their friends like it too
* Read recent posts from the Page
* Like the Page with one click, without needing to visit the Page
