i know i've asked this question before but..
i've been trying to get justin to follow me on twitter ever since i've made one and well, no luck.
It seems like he does really follow his fans but idk if he really does dm them. also, is it really him who writes on his twitter or is it his "people".

sorry to spoil your day but big celebs like justin dont follow people cuz then everyone else is gonna want justin to follow them and its gonna get him very annoyed

that realllyy is justin!! ahh i abs luvv him<33 it is his real account on twitter and it is a verified account.. i met him and asked him if he actually does write all of his tweets and he said most of the time... he tries to follow everyone bu ahh he is amazingg!

Yes, that really is his really twitter account. He followed me in October. I think you either have to spam him, or ask one of his followers to ask for you; neither which I did. He posted sometime in October: Follow ___ and ___ and I' ll follow random people from their list!
So I did that, and in about a minute I got a email from twitter saying that he was following me. So be patient, and keep up with the updates he gives out. Also, he does DM his fans, not me YET, but I have seen other people paste up pictures of their inbox.
