I have never been in a relationship and im really shy. I'm 15 and a girl and I guess I would say I'm fairly pretty. No one has ever asked me out and this guy I like in school keeps looking at me and then when I look at him he looks away. He is not popular but is not disliked either but I like him. I have never had a proper conversation with him before and I don't know where to go from there? Help?

Actually i've done the same thing myself. Kept staring at my crush and she stared back and i knew from her friend that she had a crush on me but we never really did anything. We were young and dumb (lol)

Just 'man' up and do it. Add him as a friend on facebook. Go grab a seat with him during lunch if he's alone. Get to know him better.
