Send Facebook messages automatically to friends close to their birthday? (not on the date)?

I plan parties and I'd like to reach out to my Facebook friends automatically 2-3 weeks before their birthday to ask them if they need any assistance planning their big day. Having to do this one at a time can be quite tedious. There are tons of apps that post on the actual date of their birthday but im looking for something that has:

-event-based trigger (to select a time frame prior to the bday)
-sends a private message to their Facebook inbox (not e-mail)
-automatic sending

preferably free, but if their's nothing I'm willing to pay someone to code this for me.

you Can Not Send Messages Automatically you have to Do it Manually Any Programs That Have that Feature Can Get your Account Suspended its Against the Facebook Terms of Service to Use a Program to Send Messages In Advance and All That ETC
