How can I put my Self-published book out there?

I have recently published my first book, With The Help Of Little Hands, on October 19, 2012.
I have created a website about it, with-the-help-of-little-hands.webs.com, to help spread the word about it and the reason behind it.

I am trying to raise money to help my uncle who needs a bone marrow transplant by selling my book, but I can't sell it if nobody knows about it. :/

You can use indiegogo.com to start a campaign to raise money. You can publish your book for Kindle by using Jutoh to create an ebook http://www.jutoh.com/ - It is hard work but it pays off in the end. You also have to create a social networking presence pre-book launch via twitter, facebook, and forums that relate to your books topic. =) Hope that helps
