Wherever you are on Facebook, you'll see a button on the top left of the blue title bar at the very top of the Safari page. It looks like three horizontal lines. Tap it. It takes you to a sidebar of menu items: Your Profile, News Feed, Messages, Nearby, Events, Friends, etc. Scroll to the very bottom of this sidebar and you'll see LOG OUT. Tap it.
