who's fluent in French?

I'm looking for someone who is wiling to help me with learning the French language including grammar....I only want those who are fluent in the language and have enough patients to help me....I by no means looking for a relationship or trollers... I prefer ages range from 16-27 year of age although i am willing to make exception....the basic form of Communication i would like with my pen pal is text msg by phone or yahoo IM

I'm willing to ! but you know french is one of the toughest language to learn as it has many verb tense, feminine and masculine forms and different expression.
