Who are some good small college or underground rappers?
I don't mean rappers like sam adams, mac miller, or chiddy bang. I'm talking about much smaller rappers who I probably haven't heard of who have less than 100,000 facebook fans. Rappers like XV, The Dean's List, Oncue, or even guys who are smaller than that. I've found a lot of great rappers who only have like 5,000 facebook fans but I know there must be tons more out there.
