People "Like" your facebook before they download a file?
I have a simple file that i want to put on my forum or facebook for people to download. I want to know if there is a system in place where people have to "LIKE" my facebook fan page before they are allowed to download this file.

there is nothing like that on facebook

in fact, i dont think there is any way to upload a file to facebook in the first place for people to download
