How do you delete your twitter and facebook?

I need to delete the following can someone help?

first of all you delete your facebook account by
going to your account click
on deactivate your account
it will ask you are you sure you want to delete your facebook
if you choose to they will ask you why you want to do it

spending too much time
account problems
it's temporary
If you choose temporary then you can use the same email address and password if its permanent then when you come back you will have to use a different email address and password.
Twitter
In the account area
at the bottom
press delete account

You need to login your twitter account, then go to settings (top right corner) and click on account tab. Scroll down on the page and locate Delete My Account text on the extreme left hand corner, hit delete.
