okay so i met this girl that was one of the candidates i was interviewing against at this one company. and we hit it off pretty well and we would make eye contact (i know its not the normal one cuz we would do it over and over again and she would like down and then to the side) . but one thing she did was : she noticed i had a little bit of my water on my suit and brushed it off.... was she just being nice? i heard if girls do that its cuz they were actually looking at you? (it kind of came out of the blue) i msged her on facebook about a day ago but no response (the msg hasn't been seen yet, Facebook usually tells u if they saw it yet or not ")

Tbh bud, i think she was just being courteous. Eye contact is normal but brushing the water off of you doesnt seem like a flirty act

Dude that is the best sign given you are basically rivals competing. Usually if I'm in that situation I try to shake people up, which I have done before, I wouldn't try and make them feel good and boost there confidence, unless there is some weird reverse pscycology tactic that women have and no man has figured it out.
